As a Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist with a minor in alternative healing practices, my approach is one of integrating mind, body, spirit to promote healing on the deepest levels. With over 25 years of clinical experience, my mission is to provide patient-centered, holistic care. By listening deeply with compassion and understanding, I will partner with you on this healing journey. Through cultivating inner awareness, you can heal mind states which have limited your life, finding your truth, as you create an authentic, fulfilling life.

 

I am trained in sensorimotor psychotherapy for the treatment of trauma & issues of attachment. The body retains the "imprints" left behind after trauma, which may lead to patterns of inexplicable, self-sabotaging behavior throughout our lives. New, empowering movements are experienced, and old patterns are replaced, as the body returns to a place of safety & refuge. A life of vitality is restored.
